As pointed out by "edwin" in the comments on this post, the elusive new Garnier Fructis girl has been identified as (ta-daa!!!) DIVA DHAWAN!
Apparently she is an NRI and was also chosen as a face of WIFW etc. but fuck all that! I don't care! I'm just fucking happy I found her! Thanks, edwin!
